The law professor who mocked the president’s son is chosen to be on the Facebook’s new hate speech and harassment monitoring board.

Pamela Karlan, a gay rights activist and law professor who mocked Baron Trump during this year’s failed attempt to oust President Trump over the flimsy Russia-Ukraine hoax perpetrated by Democrats has now been named to Facebook’s so-called “Supreme Court” on censorship.

Facebook’s new oversight board consists of 20 members who are designated to oversee issues concerning hate speech and harassment. Facebook has been at the center of controversy for how it has censored people based off what the Terms of Service defines as hate speech and abusive content.

Facebook’s head of global affairs Nick Clegg commented to Reuters that trust between Facebook users and this new oversight board will develop over time.

“I don’t expect people to say, ‘Oh hallelujah, these are great people, this is going to be a great success’ there’s no reason anyone should believe that this is going to be a great success until it really starts hearing difficult cases in the months and indeed years to come,”

Karlan sat on a panel in December that served as expert witnesses as the House of Representatives decided if the articles of impeachment would be sent to the Senate. During this time, Karlan made a widely criticized attack towards Trump’s minor son, Barron Trump.

“Contrary to what President Trump has said, Article 2 does not give him the power to do anything he wants,”Karlan stated. “The Constitution says there can be no titles of nobility, so while the president can name his son Barron, he can’t make him a baron.”

This statement was regarded as a direct attact towards the minor child of President Donald J Trump. Many people, including Melania Trump came forward to confront the statement made by Karlan before the House of Representatives.

A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics. Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it.

Classless move by a Democratic “witness”. Prof Karlan uses a teenage boy who has nothing to do with this joke of a hearing (and deserves privacy) as a punchline. And what’s worse, it’s met by laughter in the hearing room. What is being done to this country is no laughing matter.

One of Democrats’ impeachment witnesses, the one who says she can’t walk on the sidewalk in front of Trump hotel because of her hatred for Bad Orange Man, just went after Barron Trump, if you’re wondering how things are going.

Just when you thought this impeachment hoax couldn’t get anymore ridiculous, the witness invited by Democrats is throwing cheap shots at the 13 year old son of @realDonaldTrump. Gross and shameful! pic.twitter.com/ugVZfVYDR9

With Karlan on this “Supreme Court Style” oversight board and her bias against Donald Trump and his policies, will she be able to deliberate fairly on issues that concern hate speech and harassment when it comes to the censorship of conservatives and Republican posts and people on the Facebook platform?
